Our Policies


No Show Policy
New Clients who fail to show up to their first appointment are not allowed to rebook, and are charged a $100 no-show fee.
Clients who paid a deposit for Consultations or Microblading will lose their entire deposit.
Existing Clients will not be allowed to rebook after 3 no-shows, and will be charged a $100 no-show fee.
Last minute (less than 24 hours) cancellation/rescheduling will be charged a $100 fee.


Skincare Products
All skincare is Final Sale
(unless there is a defective pump)


Special Offers & Promotions
Any specials purchased at sale events are non-refundable. The credit can be used towards different services than initially purchased.


Tardiness Policy
If you are running late, please call the office with your ETA. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to see you that day. You will be rescheduled and charged a $100 last minute cancellation/rescheduling fee.


Last Minute Reschedule Policy
A last minute rescheduled appointment is a cancellation. Please be courteous and cancel or reschedule ahead of time to allow us time to fill the spot with another client to avoid cancellation fees.


Reward Programs
We have Allē, Aspire, and Evolus rewards programs for injectables, Diamond Glow Facials, and other services.
