Day of:

Rinse skin with water only at night

Apply a gentle moisturizer
Next Morning:

Use a cleanser to wash skin

Apply moisturizer + SPF
-
Repeat these steps at night
Need to Knows:

No makeup/exercise for 24 hours

Avoid IV exposure, swimming, sauna/steam room for 10 days post-treatment.

Change pillow case every night until healed

Be aware of anything touching the skin (couch, pets, kids, hair, hats, glasses, etc.)

Exfoliate after 7-10 days when noticing dryness

Stop the use of AHA/BHA products (glycolic/salicylic), retinoids, & Vitamin C for 7 days after the treatment

Use peptides/growth factor/hyaluronic acid serums to enhance the benefits (Alastin restorative skin complex, ZO growth factor serum, etc.)

AVOID

For at least 7 days post treatment, do NOT use any Hydroxy Acid, Retinol (Vitamin A), Vitamin C (in a low pH formula) or anything perceived as ‘active’ skincare.

Avoid excessive IV exposure sunbeds and tanning creams for 14 days post-treatment.

Avoid waxing, bleaching or hair removal for 14 days post-treatment

Do not go swimming or use the sauna/steam room for 14 days post-treatment.

Do not participate in strenuous exercise for at least 24 hours post-treatment.

Do not apply makeup for at least 24 hours

Retinol + tretinoin.

Alcohol + smoking for 48 hours.

Gingko, Garlic, Vitamin E, Vitamin A, Flax Oil, Curcumin and other anti-inflammatory nutrients for one week.

NSAIDS (Ibuprofen, Motrin, Aleve, Naprosyn, Aspirin)—Tylenol is allowed for pain relief
Dermal Filler Post Care
AVOID

Alcohol for the next 24 hours.

Exercise for 24-48 hours.

Massaging the treated area

Aspirin, Excedrin, ibuprofen, Aleve, and Advil for 48 hours.

Apply cool compress for swelling as desired.
Sculptra Post Care

Massage face 5 times per day, for 5 minutes, for 5 days post treatment.

Avoid exercising for 24 hours

Avoid makeup on injected area for 24 hours.

Avoid hot tubs, saunas, and working out for 24 hours
