Ruth plays a central role in shaping the day-to-day client experience at SKN Medical Spa. As a licensed cosmetologist with over seven years in the salon and beauty industry, she brings a well-rounded perspective on skincare, wellness, and personalized service into her role as Client Coordinator.
Her background allows her to anticipate client needs and create a smooth, well-orchestrated visit from check-in to checkout. Whether assisting with scheduling, answering questions about treatments, or helping clients feel prepared for their appointments, Ruth ensures every interaction is thoughtful, efficient, and aligned with SKN’s elevated standard of care.

Outside of the spa, Ruth enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters, baking, staying active, and getting outdoors whenever she can.
Sierra Timmins
Sierra is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician with over seven years of experience delivering advanced skincare treatments and results-driven care. At SKN Medical Spa, she specializes in creating customized treatment plans designed to improve skin health, enhance natural features, and support long-term results.
Her approach combines technical expertise with a thoughtful understanding of each client’s unique skin concerns. From corrective treatments to maintenance-focused skincare, Sierra works closely with clients to develop personalized solutions that are both effective and sustainable. She is especially passionate about helping clients build confidence through consistent, informed skincare practices.

Known for her warm, approachable presence, Esther plays a key role in guiding each client experience from start to finish. She helps coordinate appointments, answer treatment questions, and ensure every visit feels seamless, informed, and tailored to individual skincare goals. Her focus is always on creating a supportive, elevated experience that reflects SKN’s commitment to results-driven care.

Jessica Maksion
Jessica is an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Provider with over eight years of specialized expertise in injectables, including Botox, dermal fillers, and biostimulators. At SKN Medical Spa, she is known for delivering natural-looking, balanced results through a thoughtful combination of clinical precision and artistic technique.
In addition to her aesthetics background, Jessica brings over 11 years of experience as an Adult Emergency Room Nurse at the University of Michigan. This foundation has shaped her advanced clinical skill set, attention to detail, and ability to provide safe, high-quality care in every treatment she performs.
Jessica’s approach is rooted in education and collaboration. She works closely with each client to understand their goals, explain treatment options, and develop a customized plan that enhances their natural features while maintaining a refined, effortless look. Her focus is always on achieving results that feel authentic, not overdone.
Outside of SKN, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, traveling, staying active, and exploring her love for sushi.
